Your information in HomeFit

Guest savings, notes and saved checks are stored in your browser. Signing in stores your workspace in HomeFit’s Supabase project with account-specific access rules. Guest records are not automatically transferred to an account.

Your workspace can contain the name you enter, financial inputs, calculated results, property notes, inspection times, saved suburbs, planning progress and notification preferences. Supabase handles email/password authentication.

When you save a check or request a PDF, your calculator inputs go to the HomeFit report endpoint on Vercel for server verification. Signed-in PDF reports are stored in a private Supabase bucket. Temporary download links expire after 60 seconds. Anyone you give a downloaded file or temporary link to may be able to read it.

No optional analytics, marketing email or broker referral service is connected. External links open services with their own privacy practices. Hosting and authentication providers may retain operational logs under their policies.

Control your data

Use Settings to delete your saved workspace and private PDFs. This does not delete your authentication account. Download reports first if you want your own copy. Clear this site’s browser data to remove guest records. Planning notices can be disabled on the Updates page.

Service limits

HomeFit is a planning and education tool. It is not a lender, valuation service or substitute for financial, credit, property or legal advice. Borrowing guides are estimates; lenders apply their own policies. Market snapshots are dated. Verify costs, prices, availability and eligibility before making decisions.

The HomeFit planning score measures completed activities only. It is not a credit score or approval probability. School lists do not establish catchment eligibility. Location distances are not travel-time predictions.

Launch information still to be supplied

The owner’s public support/contact details and final legal terms have not yet been supplied. Authentication-account deletion is not self-service in this version. These items must be completed before treating HomeFit as a fully launched commercial service.
