Grants and scheme research
These programmes have different eligibility tests. A calculator result does not confirm eligibility, and no grant is automatically added to your budget.
WA First Home Owner Grant
Up to $10,000 for eligible first new homes, including qualifying substantially renovated homes. Established homes do not qualify. For eligible transactions from 7 May 2026 the value cap is $800,000 south of the 26th parallel, including Perth, and $1 million north. Applicants must meet ownership, residency and occupation requirements.
