Run an affordability check with your own income, expenses and savings. Review the assumptions, save the result, then compare areas in Explore. A check is an estimate, not loan approval.

In Properties, choose an area and filters and press Save search. Open a current advertisement on the provider’s site, then use Add property to save its address, asking price or weekly rent, and link. Edit property updates these details; Edit costs, inspection & notes holds your own scenarios.

A licensed listing feed is not connected. Current advertisements open on provider websites. Price and bedroom filters must also be set on those websites; HomeFit does not claim these outbound searches are live matches.

Guest checks and plans stay in this browser. They do not follow you to another phone and may disappear if browser data is cleared. Signing in does not automatically upload guest information. Export a copy from Settings before clearing anything.

Open Reports, select Use these figures, make your changes and calculate again. Save the new result to keep a dated history. Changing a savings goal or property note does not rewrite old checks.

Download PDF recalculates your inputs on the server. In Reports, Generate PDF creates a new report from a saved check using the current model. Signed-in PDFs are private; download links expire after 60 seconds. Download again for a fresh link. Print / save PDF is a browser alternative.

Check your connection, then retry. If another device changed your workspace, export any information you need and reload before saving. Do not clear browser storage to troubleshoot a guest workspace. If a confirmation email does not arrive, check junk mail; production email delivery is still awaiting owner setup.

Settings lets you export your workspace or delete its saved data and private PDFs. Workspace deletion does not delete the authentication account. Self-service account deletion and a public support mailbox are not available yet.

Each sourced suburb profile carries its data date. Medians describe earlier transactions, not a valuation or today’s asking price. Model rates are assumptions, not lender quotes. Check Sources & assumptions before making a decision.
